Downloading Instructions ColorCaps System Requirements A PC is required with at least a 3.0 Ghz P4 CPU, 1 GB RAM, 80GB hard drive, 768 x 1024 screen, and Microsoft® Windows® XP. Sorry, the MacIntosh® operating system is not supported yet. Re-installations If ColorCaps has previously been installed, uninstall it before installing the newer version. Downloading Info The file you are downloading is the ColorCaps installer. The downloader program will ask you if you want to run it or save it to disk. Save it to your desktop. Double click on it to start it. After you launch the installer, just follow the prompts. Note: In addition to installing the program, the installer will create a folder named ColorCaps in your My Documents folder. Store all your drawings, entourage, design developments, etc. in subdirectories of this ColorCaps folder. Download ColorCaps Version 3.10.07(22MB) Once the program is installed, you can install the set of sample layers. The sample layers contain people,cars,trees, etc. You can run ColorCaps without these if you want. They can be downloaded at any time later. The layer installer will display many of the same windows seen in the program installer. Just click through these and the layers will automatically load in their correct places in the My Documents/ColorCaps/Layers folder. Only the layer files will install on this pass.
