This drawing is a simple colorization of the Wright's Harold McCormack Wasmuth line drawing.
Other than a few small spots of surface color, the drawing color comes from the background and the lighting.
The blue water is implemented with a lighting gradient on top of the background. The reflection is an inverted copy of the upper part with the line color muted and the lighting levels muted as well.
